01 Data we collect
- Account information: name, email and phone. For businesses, legal entity details, GSTIN where applicable and business address. For freelancers or service providers, basic identification and contact details.
- Feedback and experience data: customer feedback responses, satisfaction scores, service completion timestamps and staff or service ratings.
- Device and security data: IP address, user agent, logs and security signals used for fraud prevention.
- Support and communications: support tickets, preferences and consents.
The important distinction
02 What we do not collect or store
Twique does not collect or store payment information, financial data, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, bank-account details or wallet credentials. Twique does not process payments.
03 Purposes and legal basis
- Providing experience feedback collection, loyalty automation and analytics reporting: performance of contract.
- Business verification and platform integrity: legal obligation or legitimate interest.
- Security, fraud prevention and platform diagnostics: legitimate interest.
- Service communications and support: consent or contract.
05 Retention
- Business verification records and experience data are retained as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
- Personal data is retained only as necessary for the stated purposes and deleted on request, subject to legal obligations.
06 Your rights under DPDP
- Access, correction and erasure, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
- Registering grievances and appealing outcomes.
08 Security
- TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive attributes.
- Least-privilege access, logging and periodic audits.
- Incident response aligned with applicable CERT-In directions.
