Platform role
Twique provides a SaaS platform for service-experience improvement, loyalty automation and experience analytics. Twique does not process payments, handle financial transactions or act as a payment gateway.
01 Eligibility and verification
- Businesses provide business-registration details, GST information where applicable and basic contact information.
- Freelancers and service providers provide basic identification and contact details.
- Twique may conduct verification checks to protect platform integrity.
02 Account and security
- Keep credentials confidential and contact details current.
- Notify Twique promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
03 Acceptable use
- Do not use Twique for illegal, fraudulent or unethical activity. Comply with the IT Act, Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws.
- Use the platform only for legitimate service-experience improvement and customer-engagement purposes.
04 Fees and taxes
- Subscription and service fees apply according to the selected plan. Taxes such as GST are additional unless stated otherwise.
- Twique does not handle payment settlements or process financial transactions.
- Fees are for platform access, experience analytics and loyalty-automation features.
05 Refunds and cancellations
- Business and freelancer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable once charged. Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.
- Businesses define their own loyalty-reward reversal policies for service cancellations or refunds.
06 Loyalty program terms
- Points and rewards are based on customer feedback and business-defined rules. They are non-transferable and are not legal tender or financial instruments.
- Expiry, earning rates and redemptions are configured by each business and may change.
- Fraudulent activity may result in reward reversal and account suspension.
07 Intermediary and content
Where applicable, Twique operates as an intermediary or technology platform and is not the seller of goods or services. Disputes are between merchants and customers.
08 Intellectual property and confidentiality
All platform intellectual property remains with Twique. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the platform. Each party must keep non-public information shared for the services confidential.
09 Suspension and termination
- Twique may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, risk or legal requests.
- You may terminate through the dashboard at any time. Obligations already incurred survive where applicable.
Disclaimer
10 Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided on an “as is” basis, with warranties disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Twique is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Twique harmless against claims arising from your breach of these terms, the law or third-party rights.
12 Dispute resolution, law and jurisdiction
- Disputes begin with good-faith discussion, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
- The seat and venue are Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the language is English.
- Indian law governs. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction for interim relief.
13 Changes
Twique may update these terms with notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
